Stop it...you are making me sick

I have been sick for a week now, finally I am getting over whatever the heck it is. Of course, who do I have to thank? Yes, let's see that would be you, you, you, and you. Unless of course you are like myself and don't believe in attempting to kill yourself for the purpose of writing a paper, taking a test, or going to work.

The South Dakota Department of Health has posters all over the campus, especially in the restrooms saying "If you are sick, stay home." I am in my senior year of studies and I have been sick once a semester. I understand, it happens we get sick, but take a day and lay on your couch. Your professor will surely understand, perhaps your boss will not. As far as the boss thing, screw them! No job is worth setting back the process recovery, especially in this economy when you are more than likely to get laid off anyways. If you are expendable then so are they and their needs when your needs come first.

I see people drag themselves to class coughing, sneezing, hacking, choking, throwing-up, and the list goes on ad infinitum. It is ridiculous, please stop you are making me and the rest of the world sick! So stay home!
